Colour Challenge

Oh my two posts in one day……what has happened to me….lol  :P

Leonie has set a colour challenge & I thought while I’m away I’ll do a card for it…..I’m not 100% happy with it, but oh what the heck, here it is anyway

The colours are Riding Hood Red, Old Olive, Bashful Blue, Pumpkin Pie

I did struggle a bit as I don’t “do” oranges…lol :P

I have used the Tres Chic background stamp, along with Echoes of Kindness (hostess set) & Sincere Salutations (my fave greeting set)

Distressed the edges a bit & swished a little ink on them,  straight off the ink pad

Coloured in the flower, added some Rhinestone brads, some hemp twine & a greeting.  

So that’s it for now….Promise, no more posts today :)

Suitably impressed that u got 2 posts done. I love what you have done with the challenge…said to Leonie…may have to give it a burl….still might. Does the disrtessed edges reflect the tension felt with the colours and putting them together?? LOL!! ;) Great job darl.

Don’t mean to be picky … but I think the edges are more than a “bit distressed”! LOL! :D We all know how much Tan loves to distress!!! I can never get a rough edge like this … you certainly have the knack, Tan! Hugs xxx
