I just LOVE pink, don’t you?! :D

I was cleaning out the other day & found some kits that I had left over from a workshop a while ago, so I decied to make the cards up, but used different stamps, this is what I came up with

These cards as sooooo pretty & cute.  They are so simple & easy to make, you could make them easy & simple or bling it up with adding some ribbon & brads like I have.

I hope this might have inspired you today.

I told you a litle earlier that I went over to see my lovely friend Leonie.  Well she had Lisa & I busy stamping, stamping, stamping :)

We created this wonderfully lovely super special Collage card

Here’s a close-up of the GORGEOUS butterfly

This is such a lovely card isn’t it.  LEonie is such a talented lady & so generous :)

I love this collage effect & think I’ll have to give it a go one of these days!!!!!  Once I am confident with how to do it I’ll give you some more details on how to do it or some samples with the technique.  In the mean time go have a look here to see how the technique is done & the effect created.

Well I have some other pics to show you so am going to schedule a few posts as I have a super busy week this week no stamping is going to happen in this house :(
Lucky I made the most of the time I did have last week, can’t wait to get back into it.

Till next time………smile away :)

Well well, you’re back today ….LOL & guess what, today’s card isn’t much better than yesterday’s…..SORRRY !!!!  :P
I had been looking at the latest Clean & Simple Sketch & thinking that I wanted to join in, even though I knew I was going to be late getting it in…..well I was in the shower & I had the BEST idea….so I went to bed & slept on it…………………
I got up in the morning, the kids off to school & I sat at my table, got out Pacific Point  cardstock (which I don’t like, but I had an idea) I got out Real Red ink (which I don’t use much, but do like), got out some Circle Punches (which I love)  & I thought I can do this…………………………
BUT I COULDN’T!!!!! argh!!!

So I put it all away, & got out some Basic Grey card, Real Red ink & Baja Breeze card…………………..NOPE!!! that wasn’t happening either……………..
Ok coffee might help, make a coffee, oh while I’m hear I may as well finish off breakfast…………toasted cooked, coffee in hand, book in other hand so I sat & read for a little over coffee :D

I go back to my craft table & think ok I’ll start again, so I got out Choc Chip card, Felt Flowers & hhmmmmmm the juices started flowing…………………
I cut, stuck & stamped & even though I’m not totally impressed with what I’ve come up with I thought I’d show you anyway

So there you have it……….

I’ll try rooly hard to get something up here in the next couple of days that I am proud of……well actually I do have some pics & a little story to tell you so I’ll endeavour to have that up on Monday, stay tuned :)

Till then…………have a wonderful weekend :D

Hi there, today I’m going to show you a creation I made a couple of weeks ago.  I saw this gorgeous little bird house a little while ago & thought I’d give it a go, this is what I came up with

I created a card to match with the birdhouse. I really enjoyed playing with Melon Mambo, it is such a fun colour to use.

The colours I’ve co-ordinated with it are Whisper White & Kraft.

Here’s one I’ve created in Baja Breeeze

I hope you’ve enjoyed looking at my creations today.

I’ll catch you again soon

This post has been sitting in the draft file for what seems like ages……………………….so I thought I’d finish it & show you a card I made about 2 months ago.

This is a card I case-d from page 11 of the Autumn mini. At the time I didn’t have any of the new colours (Melon Mambo) so I used Regal Rose ribbon insead.  I also son’e have the Tag punch so I used the large & Wide Oval punches so I could add a greeting.

The card base is Old Olive & I’ve used the Manhatan flower embossing folder….which I do love but just need to get to using it more.  I am getting much better at using my Big Shot because I’ve moved it so it now sits on my desk & is super easy to use.

I love being able to case a card & make a little change or two to make it more ‘mine’

Maybe if your mojo is missing a little inspiration why not find something you like & copy it…. another great use is if you are tie poor, just find a creation someone else has made, tweek it a little & it is more personally yours (thanks to inspiration;)

Today I’m going to show you a card I case-d from page 67 of the main Idea Book & Catalogue.  I love this stamp set & it is so versatile for either boy or girls cards.

Here is the boy version

and here is a close up of the starry eyes :)

Hi ho everyone :)

I just wanted to start off with saying a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who dropped by yesterday for the blog hop & had a look see at the things I have made, I really do appreciate your lovely comments & thank you for your encouragement.  It is really nice to know what other people think of my creations :)

I brought a box & a bog of my stamping things & have hardly touched them…….I have been reading instead… Before we came away I bought the first 8 books in the Sookie Stackhouse series & they have me TOTALLY HOOKED!!!!!!!I love them to bits :)

Ok so here is a card I did make while we’ve been away

This is a quick card I whipped up.  I’m not 100% sold on it, but I do think it’s ok….but just ok.  It started out from inspiration from page 12 of the Summer Mini catty, but with changes :)

The colours are Pink Pirouette, Bashful Blue, Confetti Cream

The ribbon is Twill tape (the middle size)

The stamp sets are Sincere Salutations, Butterfly Prints & For Everything

I’m going to leave it there as I need to head off to bed because it is late here & we’ve had a big day of, swimming, eating, fishing, walking, sight seeing etc…. all those wonderful things you do on holidays :)

So for now & until next time…..keep that smile on your dial :D

Today I’m going to show you the December things i sent to my Secret Sister (Nikki Stalker)

This was the first card for December, I embossed the bird onto the vellum…..LOVE this effect, must try it again.
