Today I have a picture of a lovely gift I was sent by the very talented & lovely Liam Pucher

You should pop on over to Liam’s blog, she has some incredible tutorials over there.

I hope you have a wonderful day today & I’ll chat with you later

Hi there, today I’m going to show you a creation I made a couple of weeks ago.  I saw this gorgeous little bird house a little while ago & thought I’d give it a go, this is what I came up with

I created a card to match with the birdhouse. I really enjoyed playing with Melon Mambo, it is such a fun colour to use.

The colours I’ve co-ordinated with it are Whisper White & Kraft.

Here’s one I’ve created in Baja Breeeze

I hope you’ve enjoyed looking at my creations today.

I’ll catch you again soon

This post has been sitting in the draft file for what seems like ages……………………….so I thought I’d finish it & show you a card I made about 2 months ago.

This is a card I case-d from page 11 of the Autumn mini. At the time I didn’t have any of the new colours (Melon Mambo) so I used Regal Rose ribbon insead.  I also son’e have the Tag punch so I used the large & Wide Oval punches so I could add a greeting.

The card base is Old Olive & I’ve used the Manhatan flower embossing folder….which I do love but just need to get to using it more.  I am getting much better at using my Big Shot because I’ve moved it so it now sits on my desk & is super easy to use.

I love being able to case a card & make a little change or two to make it more ‘mine’

Maybe if your mojo is missing a little inspiration why not find something you like & copy it…. another great use is if you are tie poor, just find a creation someone else has made, tweek it a little & it is more personally yours (thanks to inspiration;)

Good arvy to you, I hope your day is going splendidly :)

Today I am going to show you a box of cards I have created today.  I thoroughly enjoyed my bit of time I’ve spent in my craft room….the itchy fingers are enjoying the workout ;)

Here it is

In all honesty I think this is the only creation I’ve been totally happy with using Pacific Point…..hmmmm maybe I should try using it a little more, it makes perfect male cards.

Here is one of the cards that’s inside the box

The base for the card is Whisper White & I’ve used some Good Morning Sunshine dsp, then topped it with a piece of Summer Sun cardstock.  I stamped the Loads of Love image onto Water Colour paper with Staz On ink & coloured it using my Aquapainter & ink.  I mounted this onto a piece of Riding Hood Red & then popped that onto the Summer Sun.

The greeting down the bottom of the card is from the set On Your Birthday, stamped in Staz On.

I made 3 cards with the Riding Hood Ribbon with a red ute & then 3 cards using the Pacific POint ribbon with a blue ute.  I also used some Circle & some Star brads…….

I think this well be given to one of my childrens swimming teachers……I’ve got this week & next to organise another 2 gifts……hmmm what will I make, I must get my thinking cap on.

I hope you have enjoyed looking at what I’ve created today & I hope it might have inspired you to use some colours you don’t normally use?? :D

Till next time (which I’m going to schedule now so keep your eyes peeled over the next couple of days)……Keep Smiling :D

Hello there,  Baja Breeze would have to be one of if not my favourite colour.  It goes so well with many many colours.  Today’s project has Baja Breeze combined with Pink Pirouette & Chocolate Chip.

I made this set to send to a friend for her birthday earlier this year.

This is the card & pouch together

For the pouch I used the retired Parisian Breeze Speciality dsp, I just love these papers.
Here’s the pouch

And a picture of the card by itself

All supplies Stampin’ Up!

Stamps:  Friends 24-7, Whimsical Words, Baroque Motifs

Ink:  Choc Chip, Baja Breeze

Cardstock:  Parisian Breeze Speciality dsp, Baja Breeze, Choc Chip, Whisper White

Accessories:  Flower Fusion Too, Wide oval Punch, Double Stitched Choc Chip 1″Grosgrain ribbon, 5/8″ Choc Chip Grosgrain ribbon, Silver brads

These cards are so easy to make & the Flower Fusion gives the card that little more of a lift.

If you’d love to make some cards like these or even the whole set at a workshop e-mail me today on tanya@stampnchat.com & we can organise a time & date to catch up, I’d love to show you how to do these.

Thanks for stopping by today.

So this week it is my turn to set a challenge over on ESAD-SU.  I have had a really hard time trying to work out exactly what I wanted to do this week, well I knew I wanted to do a sketch & came up with that ok, but then…….to make a sample was another story completely.

But it all come together in the end.  So here is the sketch for the challenge

and this is the card I’ve come up with
